We have chosen to fix our fees. Party Wall Surveyors often charge by the hour but in our experience this can add a level of uncertainty to the process. Furthermore, charging by the hour can motivate a Surveyor to prolong matters to the detriment of the person picking up the bill. 

We give advice that puts you first, including the encouraging of the ‘Agreed Surveyor’ route where we forfeit our fee.

Acting ethically is vital to us and our integrity will not be compromised. From working with charities and local communities, to just doing the right thing, we put people before profits.

 

We can serve Notices for free, so do please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We can assist with an access licence allowing access onto an adjoining owner’s land to facilitate work. It is always worth considering whether access is permissible under the Party Wall Act.

A schedule of condition is a document, that we produce, that details the condition of a property. It can assist if an allegation of damage is made and is designed ot protect all parties.
